Ghana now know exactly where and when their first steps at the 2026 FIFA World Cup will unfold, with the world governing body releasing the confirmed schedule and venues for Group L.
The Black Stars are set to play across three cities in North America, Toronto, Boston and Philadelphia, as they chase a place in the knockout stage at their fifth appearance on the global stage.
Their campaign begins on Wednesday, 17 June in Toronto, where they take on Panama at 23:00 GMT, a late kick-off that will keep fans in Ghana up deep into the night.
The second outing brings a blockbuster meeting with England on Tuesday, 23 June at 20:00 GMT in Boston.
Ghana will then wrap up the group phase against Croatia on Saturday, 27 June at 22:00 GMT in Philadelphia.

Head coach Otto Addo welcomed the draw with measured optimism, stressing the need for a strong start while acknowledging the quality of the opposition.
“Surely we take it match by match. We want to win every match, that is for sure,” he said in an interview with TV3.
“Like I said, once we get a good start, anything is possible. On a good day, I know we can beat anyone. But I also know that we can lose against all of those teams, including Panama,” he added.
Eliminated in the group stage at Qatar 2022, Ghana approach the 2026 edition with a renewed sense of purpose as they aim to reach the knockout rounds for the first time since their memorable run in 2010.
