Hearts of Oak head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani says the club is still shaping its identity as they navigate a mixed start to the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
The Phobians sit sixth on the table after 11 matches, having recorded four wins, six draws, and a single defeat.
While the campaign has lacked consistency, Dramani believes the team is on the right path and has urged supporters to remain patient.
“It is just the first phase of everything that we are doing in terms of putting in the desired performance,” the former Black Stars assistant coach said ahead of their Matchday 12 game against Vision FC on Saturday.
He stressed the importance of defining a clear philosophy that reflects the club’s ambitions.
“But I think one key aspect to emphasise in terms of performance is that we need to have a clear identity and direction, which tells who we are and where we want to go,” he added.
Dramani further highlighted that alignment across the entire club is crucial for fully implementing their preferred style of play.
“In going about our style of play, everybody needs to align with this—even our supporters and management,” he said.
Hearts of Oak will host Vision FC at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium, with kick-off set for 16:00 GMT.
