The Western Central Regional Police Command, in collaboration with the IGP’s Special Cyber Vetting and Enforcement Team, has arrested ten suspects captured in a viral video brutally assaulting two young women in Wassa Dawurampong.
The victims were reportedly attacked after being accused of stealing money from a gold-buying shop.
According to a police statement issued on November 27, 2025, suspects Eric Donkor (alias Killer Block), 32; Yaw Gyimah, 29; and Edmond Nartey, 24, were identified in the video cutting the women’s scalps with a sharp razor.
Another key suspect, seen in the footage attacking one of the victims, is currently at large.
Seven additional suspects—Stephen Amu, 24; Farouk Balas, 18; Mensah Bernard, 18; Adu Baggego, 23; Bismark Nyarko, 30; Akwesi Poku George, 19; and Oteng Alfred, 23—were also arrested for aiding and abetting the assault.
Police say all arrested individuals are cooperating with investigations as efforts continue to track down the remaining suspect.
