The Ghana Police Service has announced that some applicants for the 2025/2026 recruitment into the internal security agencies are facing challenges initiating their applications due to issues with e-vouchers purchased from Ghana Post.
In a notice issued through the Service’s official platforms, it explained that an inadvertent error resulted in the mislabeling of “PIN codes” as “serial numbers” and vice versa on vouchers sold between 20th and 21st November 2025.
Applicants who bought their vouchers within the affected period are advised to interchange the PIN and serial number fields when completing the online application.
The Service has also provided dedicated support lines for applicants who require further assistance.
The Ghana Police Service has assured the public that the issue is being addressed to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted recruitment process.
