The Krachi-Nchumuru District Assembly, under the distinguished leadership of the District Chief Executive Martin Kofi Anato, has extended its road maintenance initiative by deploying its DRIP machines to the Korkorse–Grubi road.
This action follows a recent heavy downpour that severely deteriorated sections of the road, disrupting transportation and access for residents and traders in the area.
The extension of the drip machines underscores the Assembly’s swift response to community concerns and its commitment to maintaining safe and motorable roads across the district.

According to the District Chief Executive, the intervention is part of the Assembly’s broader infrastructure maintenance program aimed at mitigating the effects of seasonal rains on local roads.
He assured residents that the Assembly will continue to monitor road conditions closely and take proactive measures to prevent further damage.
The DCE also appealed to community members to cooperate with the maintenance teams and exercise patience as the work progresses to restore the road to a better condition for all users.
