Hundreds of mourners have gathered at Atwima Koforidua in the Atwima Nwabiagya District to bid farewell to popular TikToker Elvis Frimpong, aka Osanju. The comedian and content creator passed away on September 1, 2025, after an illness.
Celebrities such as Nana Ama Mcbrown, Oheneba Jude, and numerous TikTokers attended the burial ceremony to pay their respects. In a heartfelt tribute, Osanju’s father, Agya K, described his son as a great pillar who had fallen.
Overcome with grief, he struggled to come to terms with the loss, saying, “My son was my breadwinner. Now, who will take care of me? My hope is lost.”
Agya K revealed that he had suffered a double blow, having lost his beloved wife and son within a year.
Despite his grief, he expressed gratitude, citing the biblical injunction to give thanks in all circumstances.
Mourners described Osanju as a talented comedian who would be deeply missed. The 30-year-old’s burial rites were held at the Atwima Koforidua school park, and he was subsequently laid to rest in his hometown.
