Hearts of Oak head coach Didi Dramani believes his side’s goalless draw against Bechem United was a fair reflection of the game.
The Phobians extended their unbeaten start to the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League campaign with a 0-0 stalemate at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park on Matchday 4.
Both teams enjoyed periods of possession but ultimately failed to break the deadlock.
Speaking after the match, Dramani admitted it was a difficult contest but expressed satisfaction with his side’s performance, particularly their defensive solidity.
“I think the result is fair. I think there were two halves of challenges. We controlled the greater part of the first half,” he said.
“We opened up the spaces, but we still needed a clinical move to make the goals. But I think it’s good that we kept a clean sheet,” the Black Stars assistant coach said.
The result leaves Hearts of Oak second in the standings with eight points, having recorded two wins and two draws in their opening four matches.
Attention now shifts to the highly anticipated Super Clash, where Hearts will welcome rivals Asante Kotoko to the Accra Sports Stadium on Matchday 5.
