
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has acknowledged receipt of a petition seeking the suspension of former Lands and Natural Resources Minister, Kwaku Asomah-Cheremeh, and Kwasi Kwarteng, spokesperson for presidential aspirant, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong.
A letter signed by William Yamoah, Director of Finance and Administration, confirmed that the matter has been referred to the National Executive Committee (NEC) for appropriate consideration in line with its constitutional procedures.
The NPP assured petitioners that their concerns have been duly noted and reiterated its commitment to upholding the values and structures of the Party.
