A Ghanaian pastor residing in the United Kingdom, Apostle Isaac Anderson, has been robbed of his iPhone 16 Pro Max while leading an online prayer session with his church members.
The incident occurred on Oxford Street in London, where the pastor was walking by the roadside and livestreaming prayers on Facebook.
Footage from the livestream showed a masked man on a motorbike trailing him before snatching the phone in a swift move. The sudden attack cut the prayer session short, leaving congregation members shocked as the livestream abruptly ended.
Apostle Anderson later confirmed the robbery, noting that the device contained crucial personal and church-related information. “It’s not just a phone; all the information I need is on it,” he lamented.
Authorities in London have recently reported a surge in phone-snatching incidents, particularly involving masked individuals on bicycles and motorbikes.
Apostle Anderson has urged his followers to remain prayerful and vigilant as he collaborates with police to resolve the matter.
