Mohammed Kudus has shed light on his decision to join Tottenham Hotspur, following the completion of his £55 million switch from West Ham United.
The 24-year-old sealed a six-year deal with the North London club on Thursday, committing his future to the current Europa League champions.
The Ghana international had attracted interest from Chelsea and clubs in the Saudi Pro League but ultimately opted for Spurs.
Speaking to Tottenham’s official website, the former Ajax star revealed that the vision laid out by manager Thomas Frank played a pivotal role in his decision.
“One of the most important parts of why I came here is the project and how the manager sees it, and to develop under him,” he said.
“With the history of where he’s come from, I’ve seen the amount of talent he’s developed to become great players.
“It’s a big sign of why I wanted to work under him as well,” he added.
Kudus, who impressed during his stint at West Ham, has been handed the No. 20 shirt at Tottenham as he looks to make his mark in North London.
