Ouattara urges Hearts of Oak players to be caution ahead of Legon Cities game

-

Hearts of Oak head coach Aboubakar Ouattara has issued a stern warning to his players ahead of their upcoming Ghana Premier League fixture against Legon Cities.

The Phobians will travel to the University of Ghana Stadium on Sunday for their Matchday 33 encounter.

Although Legon Cities have already been relegated, Ouattara believes they still pose a significant threat.

If a goat is dead, it doesn’t fear the knife again,” the Ivorian said.

“They have nothing to lose, and that makes them dangerous,” he added.

Ouattara emphasised the importance of discipline and focus from his squad, urging them not to underestimate the challenge.

“We must approach this game with seriousness and discipline,” he warned. “It is often in games like these that surprises happen. They will come out to prove a point, and we must be ready,” he added.

Kick-off is set for 15:00 GMT.
