Mohammed Kudus has assured West Ham United supporters that they can expect a stronger and more determined team in the upcoming season.
After reaching the quarterfinals of the UEFA Europa League last year, the Hammers have struggled for consistency this campaign.
With the Premier League season nearing its end, West Ham sit precariously just above the relegation zone with 37 points.
Kudus, who burst onto the scene with a standout debut season, has found it difficult to replicate that form in his second year at the club.
However, the Ghana international remains optimistic and believes the challenges of this season will serve as motivation for a better 2025/26.
“100%, that should be the focus and that should be the standard every season,” the 24-year-old told Sky Sports when asked whether fans should expect a stronger side next season.
“Like I said, we take a lot of lessons from these down times. Every setback, for me personally, I see it as an opportunity to grow and focus on what is ahead,” he added.
Despite ongoing speculation about his future, with several clubs reportedly interested, Kudus remains committed to finishing the season strong.
West Ham’s next test will be a tough visit to Old Trafford, where they face Europa League finalists Manchester United on Sunday.
