4-bedroom property destroyed by fire at Debiso-Kokoado

A devastating fire broke out at a four-bedroom residential property in Debiso-Kokoado, a community in the Western North Region.

The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS), who were called to the scene, arrived promptly to extinguish the blaze. A team from the Debiso Fire Station, led by trained personnel, coordinated efforts that allowed them to contain the fire.

Two of the bedrooms were destroyed, along with personal belongings including a bed, ceiling fan, household items, books, and a motorcycle.

Fortunately, no injuries were recorded, and the firefighters successfully prevented the inferno from consuming the entire house.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, but preliminary assessments suggest the rapid spread of the flames may have originated from an anomaly in one section of the house.
