The Black Stars will begin camping on Sunday, October 5, to begin preparations for their final round of fixtures in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
Ghana, four-time African champions, are set to face the Central African Republic and Comoros in Matchday 9 and 10 later this month.
Communications Director of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Henry Asante Twum, disclosed on Woezor TV’s Arena that players who feature for their clubs on Saturday will report to camp on Sunday, while those in action on Sunday will join the squad the following day.
“We are expecting the players who will play on Saturday to arrive in camp on Sunday, and those who will play on Sunday to report to camp on Monday.
“Depending on the number of home-based players who will make the cut, they will join the rest of the technical team and the entire contingent in Morocco,” he added.
He further confirmed that head coach Otto Addo has submitted and defended his final squad list for the double-header.
Ghana will first play the Central African Republic at the Stade d’Honneur de Meknes in Morocco on Wednesday, October 8, with kick-off at 16:00 GMT.
The Black Stars will then return home to host Comoros at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, October 12, in what will be their last group match.
Ghana need just a win to seal their fifth Mundial qualification.
