Saturday’s only fixture sees AshantiGold host Vision FC at the Len Clay Stadium in Obuasi, with kick-off at 15:00 GMT.
Sunday’s action also includes Swedru All Blacks taking on league newcomers Debibi United at the Swedru Sports Stadium, while Berekum Chelsea face Dreams FC at Golden City Park.
Karela United welcome Bechem United to the Aliu Mahama Stadium, and Bibiani Gold Stars host an in-form Hearts of Oak at DUN’s Park.
Young Apostles are set to face Basake Holy Stars, while Aduana FC entertain FC Samartex at Nana Agyemang Badu II Park.
All Sunday’s matches are scheduled to kick off at 15:00 GMT.
Meanwhile, Medeama SC’s fixture against Port City FC has been postponed as the Tarkwa-based club continues its involvement in the CAF Champions League.
