Sunday’s headline fixture will be staged at the Baba Yara Stadium, where Asante Kotoko SC entertain Vision FC at 15:30 GMT, with the Porcupine Warriors eager to strengthen their push up the standings.
Elsewhere, Swedru All Blacks face a stern home test against league leaders Medeama SC, while Dreams FC welcome Aduana FC to the Tuba Astro Turf.
Basake Holy Stars host Heart of Lions FC at the AAK II Sports Stadium, and Hohoe United come up against FC Samartex at the Hohoe Stadium.
At the Golden City Park, Berekum Chelsea lock horns with Young Apostles, as Bibiani GoldStars take on Accra Hearts of Oak SC at DUN’s Park.
The round concludes with Bechem United squaring off against Karela United. All other fixtures are scheduled to kick off at 15:00 GMT.
