Saturday’s action begins at 15:00 GMT as Vision FC host Bechem United at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex.
On Sunday, Accra Hearts of Oak will aim to extend their impressive run of form when they face Berekum Chelsea at the University of Ghana Stadium, with kick-off set for 15:30 GMT.
Heart of Lions will take on defending champions Bibiani GoldStars at the Kpando Sports Stadium, while Aduana FC seek to sustain their title push against Hohoe United at the Nana Agyemang Badu I Park in Dormaa.
Relegation-threatened Karela United will face Eleven Wonders at the Aliu Mahama Stadium. Meanwhile, league leaders Medeama SC travel to the Nsenkyire Sports Arena to battle FC Samartex, and Basake Holy Stars host Swedru All Blacks at the AAK II Sports Arena.
The weekend’s fixtures will also see Young Apostles welcome Asante Kotoko at the Wenchi Stadium, while Nations FC lock horns with Dreams FC at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Stadium, with both matches scheduled for 15:00 GMT.
