Phil-Manuel Kpobi, a 12-year-old student from Sterling International School and a member of Ghana Code Club, has won the “Favorite Project” award in the Mobile Apps Category at Coolest Projects Ghana 2025.

His winning innovation is an Agro App built using the Python-based Flet framework.

The app is designed to connect farmers directly with buyers, reducing post-harvest losses, improving market access, and ensuring fair prices for both farmers and traders.

Key features of the app include real-time messaging, order and delivery tracking, integrated mobile money payments, and photo uploads for produce marketing.

The Ghana Code Club praised Phil-Manuel’s creativity and problem-solving skills, describing his work as a shining example of the promise of Ghana’s youth in driving technological advancement.

“This is what the future of Ghana’s tech ecosystem looks like — young, brilliant, and purpose-driven,” the Club noted in a celebratory post.
