The incident occurred at Ohene Nkwanta in Odumasi, within the Asante Akyem Central Municipality, on Friday, May 23, 2025, while he was travelling to Kumasi.

A taxi driver and eyewitness, Peter Mensah, told Adom News’ Isaac Amoako that a tricycle, locally known as Aboboyaa, suddenly crossed his vehicle.

In an attempt to avoid a collision, a heavy-duty truck driver who was behind him crashed into the rear of Akrobeto’s car, which bears the registration number GW 635-24.

Peter revealed that the truck dragged the actor’s car for a short distance. However, Akrobeto escaped unhurt, and no other casualties were reported.
