Ghana Football Association President, George Afriyie, has been removed as the association’s vice president following an Executive Committee meeting on Tuesday.
In a tweet to communicate the decision, the GFA said a new vice president will be announced soon.

There is an akan proverb that says “The stick they used to hit Kojo, they will use the same stick to hit Baah”. Afriyie helped him to undermined other vices and later got them fired and he replaced them. He had done the same to him. All the vices knows how Nyantakyi operates. If you don’t lick his ass, you are his enemy. What angers me is how people raise him on a pedestal. He doesn’t have the so called experience as people made him out to be. The guy is a wizard and a manipulator. Why has Ghana football flopped now if he has the so-called experience? Why can’t he use his magic to revive Ghana football? Why did we perform so poorly in brazil? Is he not the same man leading the FA? What Ghanaians failed to understand is that, there were qualified people working behind the scenes to make Ghana football a success and he takes the glory as a leader. Our qualification to 2006, 2010 WC was orchestrated by qualified people and out of greed, he fired them then he brought the “ass lickers” who will only sing his praises because they have no experience therefore we couldn’t reach anywhere in brazil. We couldn’t even qualify for Russia. Ask yourself, Is he not the same leader since 2006 WC, 2010 WC? Why can’t he showed the same examples from the previous WCS? Is it a coincidence that after he fired these people after the 2010 WC, Ghana football went down the ditch? Do the math! These should tell you that he didn’t do squat! He only took the glory from the hard work of the people he fired! He is just a little arrogant chap in glasses who wants to be noticed and he does that with intimidation and manipulative spirit. Period! The Pappoe’s and the Crentsil’s work their butt off and he took the glory making it seemed like he is an experienced President. I follow football and I can tell you, he knows nothing! If he has anything to offer, we would see that after the previous vices he schemed and took them out because of greed. Brazil was a major disaster under his leadership. Even Germany was better than Brazil when we have no world cup experience. All because there were qualified people (Not Nyantakyi) working behind the scenes for him. People wake up! He has nothing to offer and he has nothing from 2005 when he used manipulation to take the seat since he is the only one with “4 eyes.” Upon all the catastrophes, ask yourself, “Where is Sepp Blatter”? After all these years, he has been forced to descend the throne. How much more Nyantakyi? His time is coming and very soon!
