Uber needs to be blamed for this because I’m also an Uber driver and the main point is when the rider request for the car Uber gives the rider a specific price whereby we the drivers doesn’t know and during the ride when u stack in a traffic or during the pickup when the rider also delays after 5minuyes there is going to be an additional charge which Uber doesn’t add to the riders app but will appear on the drivers app. So if u doesn’t meet a rider who has experience in the Uber they starts arguing with u the driver. So my suggestion is that anytime there will be an additional charge the riders price must be change on his/her phone. I am an Uber driver for the past 1year so I’m talking from an experience.
