This ruling follows previous unsuccessful attempts to secure bail from the Akropong Circuit Court.

Nana Yaa’s bail was set at GHS 100,000 with sureties, marking an important moment in the ongoing case that has garnered widespread public attention.

The Adum High Court’s decision also extended to a second accused individual in the case, who was granted bail under the same terms.

However, the court’s ruling was delivered in the absence of Nana Yaa Nyarko.

A precautionary measure that was taken due to the large and potentially hostile crowd that had gathered outside the courthouse.

Concerns for her safety were paramount, leading to this unusual step in the proceedings.

For over a month now, the case has stirred strong emotions online, and the court’s decision to grant bail has added another layer of complexity to the unfolding legal drama.

Despite the bail ruling, the family of the late Wyllbee has expressed their disappointment.

A family representative commented on the proceedings, stating;

“The family is disturbed, but there’s nothing we can do because the law has taken its course. When a person is granted bail, it doesn’t mean they are free.”

The Sowutuom-based artiste met his unfortunate death when he allegedly visited his girlfriend in Tanoso in the Ashanti region.

Wyllbee is alleged to have died after a mob accused him of theft and attacked him when he stepped out of the home of his girlfriend, Nana Yaa, who is said to be married.

He is said to have died shortly after he was rushed to the hospital.

Nana Yaa who was arrested in connection with the incident will be arraigned before court today.

He claims that he is being haunted by the ghost of the deceased.

The man, who insists he was only minimally involved in the incident, has reportedly been experiencing disturbing encounters and unsettling visions of Wyllbee’s ghost since the tragic event.

The pastor, per his spiritual connotations, revealed the haunted man was already spiritually dead and required deep sacrifice to revert the harm.

He also revealed everyone who had a hand in the killing directly or indirectly, including the said lover and the police, will suffer similar fate.

Wyllbee, a musician based in Sowutuom, Accra, met his untimely death in a tragic case of mistaken identity at Abuakwa-Tanoso in the Ashanti Region.

Reports indicate that Wyllbee had traveled from Accra to Kumasi to spend a few days with his girlfriend. However, the situation took a fatal turn when he was mistakenly identified as a thief.

The community, acting on this false assumption, brutally beat Wyllbee, resulting in severe injuries. He was later transferred to the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Despite this, he believes that Wyllbee’s ghost has been tormenting him ever since.

Also, a body builder who partook in Wyllbee’s killing has since passed on, heightening the fears.

Initial reports suggested that Wyllbee had visited his alleged lover at Tanoso, but was wrongfully accused of being a thief and lynched.

Per information gathered, the said lover denied knowledge of him over fears of her marriage when he was apprehended by local residents, leading to his lynching.

However, giving his account, the husband maintains that Wyllbee attempted to break into their house.

Despite not being home when the incident occurred, the husband explained that the door was tampered with as Wyllbee tried to smash it with a heavy stone.

His wife, in a state of fear, began screaming for help.

He stated that, while Wyllbee was fleeing the scene after climbing a wall, he was apprehended by some residents.

The husband refuted claims that his wife was engaged in extramarital affair with Wyllbee, explaining that she lives with their 12-year-old son.

The Police are on a manhunt for those who lynched the young man.

According to the report, the upcoming musician allegedly visited his girlfriend but met his untimely demise while returning from the place at dawn.

The said lady according to the information gathered by filasconews.com is engaged to a Ghanaian based in Brazil, and she lives in the same house with her in-laws.

While sneaking out of the house, some people in the neighborhood allegedly mistook him for a thief and beat him to pulp.

According to reports, Wyllbee told the angry mob to verify his identity from his lover.

But to protect her marriage, the lover is said to have denied knowing the artiste, leaving him to his own fate.

This infuriated the angry residents who proceeded to lynched him.

Meanwhile, the body has been deposited at the morgue for preservation and Police in Tanoso-Abuakwa have commenced investigation into the matter.
