In the resurfaced clip, Ellen asked Diddy about the rumours that Chris Brown had been hanging out at his home in Miami amid the domestic violence case and potentially hoping to get him back with Rihanna. “I wouldn’t use my Twitter to talk about that, because that’s somebody else’s business,” said Diddy, to which Ellen continued to press him to talk about it.

“You clearly have a lot of people going, ‘Why would you do that? Why would you give Chris, a guy who hit a girl, and he’s jet-skiing around… I don’t understand,” said Ellen, who admitted that she was a “huge fan” of his music but obviously has moral objections to domestic violence.

“I know both of them and it’s my house, and I’m allowed to give my house to whoever I want to give my house to, that’s number one,” Diddy replied. “Number two is that, I’m the type of person that… I don’t cast a stone or cast a judgment on anybody. And so, if a friend ask me for a favour, I’m going to be there for a favour as long as I know that the energy of the favour is positive for two people to sit down and talk about a situation that they’re in.”

He said that he wasn’t planning to “get involved” or “pass judgment,” but he wanted to be there “as a friend during hard times.”

“I think you are coming from a place of a friendship, and of kindness and support… It’s just hard for me, and I don’t believe in judgment either, but I don’t want any girl out there thinking it’s okay to go back to a guy who hit her,” she said. Ellen said that she didn’t want to put Diddy “in it,” to which he replied, “You are putting me in it, so I’m gonna speak on it. I don’t think it’s right for anybody to hit anybody, at the end of the day.”

He added that he believes adults “have to be honest” with themselves about the nature of certain relationships.

“We know sometimes those relationships get ugly, and sometimes it doesn’t come out to the forefront the way this one has come out,” said Diddy. “There’s a lot of stones being thrown, and we don’t know exactly what happened.” During the exchange, Diddy looked notably uncomfortable.

“It isn’t right for him to put her hands on her, or her to put her hands on him,” he said while noting that he doesn’t know “exactly” what happened during the assault, which led to Rihanna being hospitalized. “We don’t know what the problem is, but we need to pray for them. And we need to do things to support them and that’s all I want to say about it. Thank you.”

The Kumawod star rocked a pair of blue jeans which brought out all the contours.

For her shirt, Serwaa chose to go with a cropped t-shirt which showed parts of her belly.

But Mary Edochie in a clap back at her husband has issued a disclaimer.

According to her, her husband shared an old video just to create an erroneous impression on social media.

Mary maintained that, she is against polygamy and thanked concerned individuals for reaching out to her during her “trying period”.

Footage of the 4 April incident in Grand Rapids, Michigan, shows Patrick Lyoya, 26, running from the officer following a traffic stop.

The officer, who has not been named, is then heard telling Mr Lyoya to “let go” of his Taser, before the man is shot as he lies face-down on the ground.

The shooting has led to protests.

Dozens of demonstrators gathered on Wednesday outside the Grand Rapids Police Department (GRPD) demanding the name of the police officer involved be made public.

State police are currently investigating the incident.

Mr Lyoya is originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo and had lived in Grand Rapids for about five years, according to the office of civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump, who is representing the Lyoya family.

On Wednesday, the GRPD released footage of the incident from a police body camera, a police unit’s dashcam, a mobile phone and a home surveillance system.

One of the videos shows the officer pulling over Mr Lyoya’s vehicle shortly after 08:00 local time (12:00 GMT) on 4 April.

The officer decided to stop the car for improper registration, authorities were quoted as saying by CNN.

Mr Lyoya gets out of the car, but the officer asks him to get back in.

Appearing confused, Mr Lyoya stays out of the vehicle and asks what he has done. The officer asks if he speaks English, and Mr Lyoya replies “yes”.

Mr Lyoya is then asked repeatedly if he has a licence, and after a brief conversation he runs from the officer.

The two are then seen wrestling on the ground and the policeman gets out his Taser, which the two fight over. The officer tells Mr Lyoya to let go of the stun gun.

During this altercation the officer accidentally turns off his body camera, according to police.

However, footage filmed from the mobile phone of Mr Lyoya’s passenger has also been released, which appears to show the officer shooting Mr Lyoya in the back of the head.

Speaking at a Wednesday briefing, GRPD chief Eric Winstrom said: “From my view of the video, Taser was deployed twice. Taser did not make contact.”

“And Mr Lyoya was shot in the head. However, that’s the only information that I have,” he said, describing the incident as a “tragedy”.

The police officer is currently on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation. He would not be identified publicly unless criminal charges were to be brought, Mr Winstrom said.

Mr Crump, representing the Lyoya family, has demanded that the officer be fired and charged.

He tweeted that the videos showed the police officer shooting unarmed Mr Lyoya “while he was on the ground and facing away from the officer!”

“Patrick never used violence against this officer even though the officer used violence against him in several instances,” Mr Crump added.

The Police in a statement on its official Facebook page said, “this viral video has come to our attention and we are working on it.”

A Facebook user, Benjamin Wayo Mahama, who posted the video said the Lebanese allegedly parked his car in front of the Ghanaian’s shop for almost an hour and was eventually confronted by him.

“According to reports, this Lebanese man parked his car in front of the shop of a man at Osu for almost an hour. When the shop owner finally told him to park his car well so that he can also do his business, the Lebanese started abusing him verbally and telling him he will kill him. He then came out with a sword and the shop owner had to run into another shop for cover. Ghana Police, please do something,” the Facebook user wrote on his timeline.

Dr Nkrumah, led the country to attain independence from British colonial rule.

But according to his son, that week was actually the first time he saw his father, Dr Nkrumah in his coffin.

He said his (Nkrumah) children, were not allowed to see him at that time though he was only nine years old then.

He took to his Facebook page and posted this: “This week for the first time I saw the man Nkrumah in his coffin… In Conakry, in 1972 during his first funeral, they did not allow his kids to see it! I was only nine years old then.”

Nana Yaa Asantewa II, Queenmother of Ejisu in the Ashanti Region, has welcomed the decision by Management of the Ejisuman Senior High School to expel some seven female students of the school.

The queenmother who said she was saddened by the conduct of the students said the punishment would serve as a deterrent to other students.

The seven final year female students were expelled after authorities found them guilty of the possession of mobile phones which is prohibited in basic and high schools and for “intentionally uploading a video on social media where unprintable words that border on sex were spewed out.”

The students were sacked from the boarding house effective February 6, 2020, pending a final determination of their fate by the school’s board, a letter to the Ashanti Regional Director of Education said.

Reacting to their expulsion, Nana Yaa Asantewa II, on Adom TVs morning show, Badwam said in spite of her feeling of sadness, she saw the girls’ expulsion from the boarding house as necessary.

She said such an action sent a message to other students that lawlessness was not going to be entertained in the school.

 “I am really saddened about this issue because I have created a virgin’s club where I train these young ones on how to live a chaste life but they never seem to learn,” she said. 

Nana Yaa Asantewa II, said she would personally visit the school and interact with the students on the need to uphold good moral values.

The DSS said on 11th October it received a petition and a formal complaint from the minister of finance Zainab Ahmed who asked for an investigation on the video and the info-graphic, with a view to identifying the person or group involved in the circulation of such materials.

Afunanya said the Service succeeded in arresting Kabiru who has confessed to having initiated the creation and circulation of the defamatory video.

He said the investigation is on-going to determine the actual reasons and intent in creating and disseminating the false video, even though the suspect had confessed that he belongs to a political group in Kano State.

He also warned Nigerians against the spread of false news on the social media, because victims of such fake news experience untold pains.

The suspect, while fielding questions from journalists, confessed that he created and circulated the video.

The song touches on how Christians have become two-faced, acting as saints in church but ungodly outside.

Controversial investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas says he has no regrets showing the explosive documentary on corruption in Ghana football to the President Akufo-Addo and vice, Dr. Bawumia ahead of the premiere.

“The fairness in all this is that somebody has made an allegation, are you giving the other party a fair opportunity of answering those allegations? So yes, then we went to the president and he gave us his side of the story, we went to the vice president, we spoke to all the ministers involved to give us their side of the story, then, we can understand the context which the person used to speak and that is what I did.

“We are talking about the President of the nation, the Vice, ministers of state…What do you think would have happened if I went ahead to show the film?” he said justifying how he surmounted what he described as an ethical dilemma.

“I have no regrets going to the President,” he said in an exclusive interview on Joy FM’s Morning Show Thursday.

In the documentary, the past President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Kwesi Nyantakyi was captured on video telling a supposed investor to cough up a sum of $12miilion to meet the president to negotiate for government contracts.

Critics of Anas have wondered why the investigative journalist did not follow up on the case to find out if the president would have accepted a proposed $5million that was agreed to be given to Akufo-Addo in exchange for government contracts or not.

Reacting to his critics,  Anas said anybody who has issues with it can also take up the responsibility of investigating the presidency because he has done his part as an investigative journalist.

“Let’s put the investigation in context. How did president Akufo-Addo’s name come in? You speak to somebody, he begins to drop names. He says ok if you want to speak to the man, you must carry an amount of $12milllion. Where was I going to get $12million? It’s not possible; nobody does an investigation with a budget of $12million.

Anas also revealed that letters were written to all the referees who were caught on tape at GFA but refused to respond to them.

“We wrote letters to all those implicated in the video. I mean the referees but guess what they did, they threw the letters to our face and chose not to respond” he said.

The video, dubbed “Who watches the watchman” has been put together by maverick Member of Parliament for Assin Central Kennedy Ohene Agyapong.

Spokesperson of the Tiger Eye team, Latif Abubakar disclosed this in an exclusive interview with Adomonline.com’s Dorcas Abedu-Kennedy.

He indicated that, though Anas is yet to receive an invitation, he will still attend to prove to Ghanaians that he has nothing to hide.

“Anas will lead my team to watch “Who Watches the Watchman”. No one would be late at the event. Expect us at the event,” he stressed.

The “Who Watches Watchmen” video follows a 2-year investigations into football and politics dubbed ‘Number 12’ by undercover journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

The documentary has already led to the resignation of the President of the Ghana Football Association following his arrest by police over the use of the president Akufo-Addo’s name.

Anas Aremeyaw Anas and his Tiger Eye PI were in Kumasi on Tuesday where they paid unannounced visit to the Holy Trinity Lutheran School.

It comes as a picture of a 3-year old nursery pupil dressed in a hood during the school’s Career Day went viral.

The team then travelled by air this morning to prepare ahead of time for the ‘Who Watches the Watchmen’ premiering.

Asked if he will storm the venue in his trademark hood, Anas will not respond directly except to say “just watch us”.

A member of the legal team for Tiger Eye PI, Sammy Darko in a Facebook post confirmed the attendance of the team at the premiering.

“8 pm today. It is who watches the watchman part 1& 2. Please don’t miss it. Anas will be there in person,” he posted.

Anas has however debunked media report that he is seeking a court injunction to stop the premiering of the much-anticipated video.

But speaking to Adomonline.com, Anas debunked the rumour adding that he and his Tiger Eye PI team will even be at the premises to watch the video.

“We have noticed that a report is circulating on social media saying that we are seeking a court injunction on Ken’s video. We have not sought any court injunction. In fact, I will be there to watch it myself today” he said.

Mr.  Kennedy Agyapong who has been hauled before parliament’s Privileges Committee has been involved in a public spat with Anas and his Tiger Eye PI since news of the ‘Number 12’ emerged.

He promised to premiere the video he has titled: ‘Who Watches The Watchman’ at the forecourt of Kencity Media, which operates Oman FM and Net2 Television at Madina in Accra.

Modus Operandi

The MP has been questioning the modus operandi of the journalist, accusing him of amazing wealth from through people he entraps.

Meanwhile, Tiger Eye PI has rubbished claims it is seeking court injunction over the premiering tonight.

A supposed court injunction going round on social media platforms claim Anas and his team has filed a writ at the Cocoa Court seeking to suspend the public viewing.

The video allegedly recorded by her husband, Mr Lawrence Abrokwa, has been circulating on social media but the controversial actress said she wants it to be widely circulated.

The video captures Afia Schwarzenegger naked with only a white towel covering her torso and wearing a head scarf.

Despite the viral nature of the video, the comedienne later recorded another video of herself dancing, and with hints of defiance in her tone and demeanor, urged Ghanaians to help spread the video widely on social media.

“Let me first and foremost apologize to the fans of Funny Face because this week you were expected to trend but I’ve killed the ‘two-minute’ [saga] and let me express my disappointment in Ghanaians. Ghanaians have shocked me. The video hasn’t gone viral as I want it to go. So if you haven’t sent it to your friends, please send it to them via WhatsApp. Make sure everyone gets the video. I’m disappointed the video hasn’t gone viral,” she said in the video.

The red iPhone celebrates Apple’s 10-year partnership with Red, an organisationthat aims to combat Aids.

A video app for iOS, called Clips, has also been revealed and will be released with iOS 10.3, which is expected to launch soon.

One tech analyst suggested Apple was increasingly trying to associate its products with ethical ideals.

All of the money raised by Red – a venture originally founded by U2 musician Bono and activist Bobby Shriver – goes to Global Fund HIV/Aids grants.

Among other things, these grants provide testing and treatment for patients with the aim of wiping out transmission of HIV.

Some profits from sales of the phones will go towards Red.

Apple was increasingly branding itself as a force for “social good”, suggested tech analyst James Moar, at Juniper Research.

“It is a way of them kind of beefing up that side of their business,” he told the BBC.

Artistic filters for photos and videos continue

Apple also unveiled a new video app with playful features, such as stickers and filters, not unlike those made popular by Snapchat.

“Fun effects including comic book filters, speech bubbles, shapes and full-screen animated posters help bring out the personality in videos made with Clips,” Apple said.

“It is similar to what Snapchat has tried to do with its spectacles [that have a built-in camera] – it is saying, ‘Be back in the moment’,” said Mr Moar.

“But I don’t see it doing much beyond retaining existing users.”

Apple also announced a new iPad with a 9.7in (25 cm) screen and an improved processor. Models in the UK will start at £339, for a 32GB wi-fi only version.
