Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen programme, the prophet said he has already documented the revelation in a book detailing the outcome of the 2028 general elections.

According to him, God has revealed the full details of the 2028 polls, including the eventual winner, adding that Kennedy Agyapong will emerge victorious and be sworn into office on January 7, 2029.

“There are a lot of things. I have written a book about who will win the 2028 elections. In fact, Kennedy Agyapong will be sworn in as President of Ghana on January 7, 2029. He will win the 2028 elections,” he stated.

Prophet El-Bernard further indicated that he is awaiting the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to announce the date for its internal elections before making public his prediction on who will lead the party into the 2028 polls.

Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen programme, the prophet said the outcome of the contest has already been spiritually determined and cannot be altered.

“No rigging can change what is true. It has already happened. Ken has already won,” he declared.

Prophet El-Bernard explained that his pronouncement is not an endorsement or campaign for the Assin Central MP but a revelation he believes God has shown him.

He added that he does not dispute prophecies by other religious leaders, stressing that he only speaks to what he has personally seen.

According to him, Kennedy Agyapong is set to emerge as the NPP flagbearer and will go on to win the 2028 general elections.

“This is not about campaigning for Kennedy but about what God has told me. By God’s will, on Saturday, Ken will be the flagbearer, and he will go on to win the 2028 elections,” he stated.

Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen programme, the outspoken prophet said he only declares prophecies he believes God has permitted him to reveal, noting that criticism is inevitable but does not shake his conviction.

According to him, by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 31, supporters of Kennedy Agyapong will realise that he has won the New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearership race.

“I don’t declare what God doesn’t want me to declare. When I prophesy, anyone has the liberty to criticise, as long as I believe in what God has told me. By 5:00 p.m. on January 31, all the people in Ken’s camp will know that they have won,” he stated.

Prophet Nelson-Eshun maintained that he has never knowingly given a false prophecy but recounted an experience involving the late President John Evans Atta Mills to explain why he now exercises greater caution.

“I can’t say that I have given a false prophecy before, but I once prophesied that Atta Mills would only serve one term based on a vision I had. I saw Akufo-Addo and Atta Mills walking together, and later I saw that Atta Mills was no longer there. Based on that, I prophesied that he would die while in office and that Akufo-Addo would become president in 2012. However, I did not anticipate that John Mahama would come into the picture.

“From that experience, I now prefer to wait until I have seen a vision five times before speaking about it publicly. In the case of Ken, the book contains more than eight different visions. What is in the book is even more than what I have made public,” he added.

Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen show, Prophet Eshun said he first prophesied about Kennedy Agyapong in 2015, predicting the NPP’s victories in the 2016 and 2020 general elections, as well as the party’s defeat in 2024.

He added that he also foretold Kennedy Agyapong would contest Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for the party’s flagbearership ahead of the 2024 elections, though he would not win at that time.

Prophet Eshun noted that the prophecy was publicly reiterated on September 18, 2021, and that video evidence exists to support his claims.

He further revealed that he authored a book on Kennedy Agyapong in March 2025, released in May, with one chapter describing the Assin Central MP as “the shock to the system and the flagbearer the NPP never expected.”

“I am putting my ministry, my calling, and my 18 years of pastoring on the line. There is nothing like ‘if’ when God speaks. I am definite that Kennedy Agyapong has won,” he stated.

The prophet insisted that Kennedy Agyapong will emerge victorious in the NPP primaries and go on to lead the party into the 2028 general elections.
