The boy, identified only as Nahel, was fatally shot during a traffic stop Tuesday, June 27, in the Paris suburb of Nanterre.

Footage of the incident filmed by a bystander showed two officers standing on the driver’s side of the car, one of whom fired his gun at the driver despite not appearing to be in any immediate danger.

The officer said he fired his gun out of fear that the boy would run someone over with the car, according to Nanterre prosecutor Pascal Prache.

Despite calls from top officials for patience to allow time for the justice system to run its course, a sizable number of people across France remain shocked and angry, especially young men and women of colour who have been victims of discrimination by police.

The floodwaters displaced many and destroyed properties of several residents and companies in the affected areas.

She said it cost her millions of dollars to get the professional photographer on board for the photos and video which were meant to be sold on a x-rated platform.

But she claimed the deal which would have brought her huge money was cancelled after the photos and videos went viral.

Going forward, Abena Korkor said her management has taken control of all her posts on social media.

Mark Ambeyi Mutongoyi, 28, was arraigned at Kibera law courts where he claimed to have taken the video to please his eyes and claimed to have been possessed by some evil spirits.

He was charged with committing common nuisance at Rubis petrol station on the afternoon of October 7 and is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty.

The complainant in the matter had driven in to fuel her car and proceeded into washrooms as the car was being fueled.

The court heard that while inside and just before she left, she saw a mobile phone held while either taking video or pictures of her. She rushed outside but could not see anyone.

She reported the incident to the management and the attendants and guards were questioned.

The victim reported the matter to Parklands police station.

The CCTV at the facility was reviewed two days later and Mutongoyi was identified as having been standing behind the ladies’ washrooms while holding a phone directed at the washrooms through an opening.

He was arrested and admitted to police to have done it. In court, he claimed that it was a minor mischief and pleaded for leniency saying he has two children fully dependent on him.

His case will be mentioned on November 1 when a pre-sentencing report will be tabled before the court.

The African leaders revealed by Captain Smart, host of Fabewoso, an anti-corruption segment on Adom FMs Morning Show “Dwaso Nsem” are Presidents of Nigeria, Tanzania, South African, Rwanda and Kenya.

His plan, however, did not materialise after the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), issued a stern warning to the gold firm.

Talking of Menzgold being a Ponzi scheme to a larger extent makes a little bit of sense and it seems Nana Appiah Mensah, popularly known as NAM1 had a perfect game plan right from the onset.

Nana Appiah Mensah within a short time met wealthy, powerful and influential people in society which to a larger extent convinced the majority of Menzgold customers that the business was very genuine and viable hence took the risk to invest.

This turned out to be one of his plans to get people to invest in Menzgold.

While some reports indicate that NAM 1, has been arrested in Dubai over a botched gold transaction, others report that he is calling shots and diffusing tensions in Ghana his hideout.

Meanwhile, authorities have remained tight-lipped, leaving the public to speculate.

Editor-in-Chief of the New Crusading Guide Newspaper, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako has denied claims by Assin Central MP, Kennedy Agyapong that photos he published on Net 2 Television today are that of Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

He has thus questioned the motive behind NPP man’s decision to release what he described as false photos of Anas.

“These photos circulating in the public is not Anas. I cannot see Anas in those pictures not even any of the boys who work with him,” he said on Accra Peace FM.

The Maverick politician and businessman has been on a collision course with the investigative journalist over his modus operandi.

He has promised to “expose” the award-winning undercover journalist because he believes he set people up for fame.

“I will expose Anas because he is not clean. I will put my life on the line against Anas,” the lawmaker said.

But Mr. Baako defending Anas said “Anas will not be distracted” stating that the ace journalist will focus and continue with his work.

Asked if Anas will consider the option of suing Agyapong for branding him a corrupt person who uses blackmail to enrich himself, Mr Baako said: “I wouldn’t advise Anas to sue.”

“He should just keep his focus, [and] do his work.”

“After releasing fake photos of Anas, I ask myself what then is his motive if not to try and stop him from showing the video which they have tried severally, then what else would you want from Anas,” he stated.
