Taking to Twitter to narrate it, the Wedding Car musician said he recalls having a global hit which topped the ace music channels and streaming platforms across the world.

He continued that, the song was massive and was patronised by many but unfortunately a telephone call disrupted his sleep, thereby, rendering him to forget the complete rhythm of the song.

He wrote: “Just had a dream, I made a song, it was a BIG HIT globally which even won a GRAMMY, woke up by a phone call and I can’t remember anything.”

He, however, asked his fans to pray for him since he is trying to put things together to make it a reality.

“I only remember some tones in the beat… I’m still tryna remember, Pray for me, and if I do maybe Ghana will get its 1st GRAMMY. [SIC].”

In a twitter post, Opanka said the benevolent action by him and his team was to put smiles on the faces of people and help reduce the daily struggles and stress they go through.

Today being Independence Day, I thought of serving FREE food in my own little way with my team and @waakyeboss to put smiles on peoples face as it could help reduce a lil bit of the struggles and stress most people are going through. I can't solve everybody's problem but I will try my best to serve my country and make it better even though I'm not a politician. I realized most of our leaders take advantage of our problems and only serve us when they need our votes, it's high time we realize the power we have as citizens and see ourselves as our own leaders and do what will make our lives and country better cos "most" leaders don't really care about us, they only care about their pockets and families. Ghana is all we have whether we like it or not so let's all join heads and make it better. Happy Independence Day to all Ghanaians once again. The school, located in the Tema East Municipality, is the alma mater of the multiple award winning artiste, as he shared many goodies including chocolates, mathematical sets, among others, with pupils of the school.

Speaking in an interview, Armstrong Afful, as he’s known in real life, was elated to pay a visit to his alma mater and hopes it would inspire the students.

”I am very happy to spend time with these kids especially on this special day of love.

”I realized these kids wouldn’t have any love on Vals days so I decided to make them feel loved on this special day and hope it would inspire them become great future leaders,” Opanka said.

Opanka is expected to release his first single of the year titled ”Blow My Mind” which features another music sensation Kelvynboy.

The Wedding Car hit maker has released a couple of good tunes of late and has already launched a new album called Akwaaba.

Speaking as the adorable personality of the week on Ladies Time Show on Asempa FM, Opanka who was born as Armstrong Affum disclosed that his next track has been named press release.

“I am still working on my next track and I have decided not to disclose it to anybody but once I am here I have to say it.

“My next track has been titled press release. I have titled it that because I want to reveal some of the controversial things that are happening in the music industry of late.

“The music will be out by next month and I know everybody will like that track,” he said.
