Speaking in an emotional interview on Adom FM’s morning Dwaso Nsem on Monday, the 32-year-old recounted the devastating events leading up to her groom’s sudden death.

“We’ve been together for three years. We finally decided to settle down, and now this has happened. I was in the room dressing when my mother came in to tell me that my husband was sick and had been rushed to the hospital. I was shocked and confused; I didn’t even know what to do” Florence said tearfully.

Florence, crying throughout the interview, described her late fiancé, Chief Inspector Godwin Beniba, as a respectable and honest man.

“He was the kind of man who would always wait for me before eating. Even when he was at the police station, he made sure I was with him as much as possible,” she recalled.

Reflecting on her loss, she said, “I have really suffered in life. This was my moment to be honoured by a man who loved me, but death has taken him away. God, have mercy on me. Why me? Only me?”

Florence said she will always cherish the fond memories she shared with her late fiancé.

“He was my everything. This is not easy for me, but I will forever remember his love and respect for me,” she concluded.

The tragic incident occurred last Friday at the Anamase Hotel, the venue for their wedding in Akyem Anamase near Oda in the Eastern Region. Chief Inspector Beniba, who served as the Station Officer at the Anamase Police Station, collapsed shortly after arriving at the event.

Eyewitnesses reported that the groom, accompanied by his best men, complained of dizziness moments after entering the venue. Before anyone could assist, he collapsed on the floor.

He was rushed to the Anamase Clinic by some of the guests, but tragically, he was pronounced dead on arrival by medical personnel.

The untimely death of Chief Inspector Beniba has left the Akyem Anamase community and beyond in deep sorrow. The couple’s friends, family, and well-wishers are grappling with the devastating loss.

The 28-year-old and her fiancé, Abiodun Oluwadamilare, were set to walk down the aisle on Saturday, but she did at the hospital on Sunday.

It was gathered that the Federal University of Technology (FUT), Minna, graduate, and her friends were having her bridal shower ceremony on Friday when she reportedly slumped at about 10:30pm.

According to the groom’s sister, “Everything was set by Friday, the cows had been slaughtered and the meat fried, every necessary preparation was made, there were a lot of people coming and going to rejoice with us, the groom and his people had come from Abeokuta.

“We had bought Ewedu to be used, ingredients had been ground, and in the morning of Saturday, amala (yam flour paste) was made, rice was ready, the venues were set, but the ceremony was never held as the bride was never available.”

Recounting the tragic incident, the deceased’s father, Evangelist Oyedotun said: “Everything was going on perfectly until about 10:30p.m. Friday when she with her friends were having the bridal shower ceremony and she reportedly slumped.

“We quickly took her to LAUTECH Teaching Hospital in Ogbomoso. After some time she was revived and she appeared stable and by dawn of Saturday, a nurse told us quoting a doctor that she would be briefly discharged to attend the ceremony to sign the marriage documents and be returned to continue the treatment.

“But then her condition deteriorated again and so she was confined to the bed. We even were required to take her to Bowen University Teaching Hospital for some tests which we promptly did.”

Her husband who on learning of her condition fainted.

The bride’s condition did not improve until she gave up the host Sunday morning. It was learnt many guests who didn’t get wind of the development, were in the church for the wedding “only to meet the church empty.”

Portia, who was only 29 years old, recently got married to her husband, Samuel Fokuo Akosah-Brempong, in a ceremony held at the Nkawkaw Central SDA Church on July 2, 2023.

Tragically, on July 18, 2023, while on her way back to her destination from Mampong, Portia was involved in a devastating accident on the Kumasi-Volta Region Road.

She was a passenger on a Zhong Tong Bus with registration number GW 5546-23 when the driver attempted to give way to an overtaking vehicle.

However, during the maneuver, the driver lost control of the bus, causing it to veer off the road and crash into the nearby bushes. Regrettably, Portia, along with two others, lost their lives on the spot, while several others suffered severe injuries.

Blogger Kobby Kyei reported the accident, praising the swift response of the Ghana Police and ambulance service in transporting the injured passengers to the hospital.

The incident has sparked concern among friends, family, and the public over the alarming frequency of road accidents involving young Ghanaians.

Paige Ruddy, 19, died from a brain haemorrhage caused by smoke inhalation on Tuesday in Reedsburg, Wisconsin.

She was due to have a small ceremony with her fiancée Logan Mitchell-Carter at the Sauk County Courthouse.

Paige and Logan had enhanced vows privately the night before. The couple were living together with his grandparents who owned the home.

The family tried to save Paige along with police, firefighters and paramedics, but nothing could be done to spare her life.

She “passed surrounded by her family and friends who took up a large waiting room in the hospital”, according to a fundraising page.

“She was just a precious human. There was nothing about her that you couldn’t like,” Ruddy’s Aunt Holly said to NBC 15. “She was this presence you never knew you needed in your life, but always did.”

Paige’s school friend Lily Markgraf said the bride-to-be had a “big caring heart”.

Lily said: “She was there for anyone who needed it, even if she didn’t like the person. If they needed her help, she’d be there to help them. I’m going to miss her for the rest of my life.”

The family, which has had GoFundMe page appealing for funds set up on their behalf, said they believed there were no working smoke detectors in the property Paige was in.

The fundraiser page, which has so far raised over $11,000, read: “Monday night the Ruddy family in Reedsburg, Wisconsin went to sleep excited to attend Paige Ruddy and Logan Mitchell-Carter’s small wedding ceremony.

“Instead, they were woken by police to be informed that there was a fire. Despite the amazing efforts of those who love her, the Reedsburg police and firefighters, EMTs, med flight, and the amazing staff at UW hospital over two horrible days, Paige could not be saved.

“She passed surrounded by her family and friends who took up a large waiting room in the hospital.”

It continued: “There are enough good qualities about Paige to fill up a room. Since she was a toddler Paige was full of life, ready to help anyone with anything, and an absolute joy to be around. She was kind, fun, and according to her family had lots of spunk.

“Paige always worked hard at everything she did. All the normal things a kid does, but also extra things to help her grandparents, parents, siblings, and friends.

“Everything from helping grandma with drywall to helping her parents with the day-to-day work as the oldest sibling of three.”

Samantha Miller just left her wedding reception on Friday night, April 28, when she was hit by a car in Folly Beach, South Carolina.

CNN reports that Miller was riding in a golf cart-style vehicle with husband Aric Hutchinson and two others when the driver hit them, causing the cart to roll several times.

Three other passengers were injured, two seriously — including Miller’s husband, according to Chief Andrew Gilreath, the public safety director for Folly Beach, a beachside community near Charleston.

The golf cart-style vehicle, decorated with cans and a “just married” sign, “was quite mangled, and it was on its side,” Gilreath said. First responders attempted to revive Miller, but she died at the scene, he said.

Hutchinson’s mother, Annette, disclosed that the crash tossed the cart more than 100 yards. Adding that her son suffered several broken bones and a brain injury, and has had at least one reconstructive surgery.

“I was handed Aric’s wedding ring in a plastic bag at the hospital, five hours after Sam placed it on his finger and they read each other their vows. Aric has lost the love of his life,” she said.

Miller, who was from North Carolina, died of blunt force injuries, according to the Charleston County Coroner’s Office.

The suspect, Jamie Lee Komoroski, 25, was charged with one count of reckless homicide and three counts of felony DUI resulting in great bodily harm, online court records show. Her vehicle was traveling 65 mph in a 25 mph zone, according to Gilreath.

After examining one image in closer detail, Tahlia Murphy was shocked to see what appeared to be the ghostly figure of their daughter Taidyn, who died in a tragic incident when she was just 17 months old.

The figure appears to be standing in the lefthand corner of the photo, leaning against a tree. It appeared to the Australian bride that she was wearing a dress for the special occasion and that she was watching her parents from afar. When she showed her husband Cecil, he was left equally stunned.

As previously reported by PerthNow, mum Tahlia had been at work when she received a devastating phone call in September 2022. Taidyn, who was lovingly known as Totty to friends and family, was found unresponsive in the family’s back garden spa. The following day, she passed away.

After getting the photos back from her wedding, Tahlia says it made her feel “whole” knowing that her entire family had been there on her special day, and decided to show the image to her other children.

Recalling their reactions, Tahlia said: “My 12-year-old daughter started crying. Our four-year-old was like, ‘Can we go back and get Totty and bring her home?’

“Then our son was like, ‘Why can she come to the wedding but she wasn’t allowed for Christmas?’ It’s just hard to explain to kids who don’t understand why we couldn’t bring her home.”

Tahlia has since uploaded footage showing the mysterious figure to TikTok, which has since been viewed more than 1.4 million times.

She told her amazed followers: “I don’t believe in many things, but I believe she was there to watch myself and her dad get married to honour her life.”

The elated bride, who danced gracefully while being ushered into the auditorium, slumped for a second upon realising the gospel musician was billed to perform live.

After rising to her feet, she exclaimed in joy as she struggled to process the unbelievable sight before her.

Mahvash Leghaei got married at Firuzabad in Iran when a guest, who is believed to be a cousin of the groom, fired his unlicensed high-powered hunting rifle. The bullet reportedly went straight through her skull and also injured two male guests at the event.

Police spokesman Colonel Mehdi Jokar said: ‘We had an emergency call of a shooting at a wedding hall in Firuzabad city and officers were dispatched immediately.

‘The officers discovered that somebody had fired shots with a hunting rifle as part of the local nomad tradition, but unfortunately because of the crowds and the person’s poor control of the weapon, he managed to shoot three people, two men and the bride.

‘The shooter then fled the area but police located the man still carrying the unlicensed hunting rifle that had been fired at the wedding.’

According to initial reports two bullets were fired, the first without incident, but the second hitting the bride in the head, passing through her brain and hitting the two other guests.

The police spokesman said the bride was placed in a coma and later died but the two others who had been shot were not seriously injured.

The shooter was identified as a 36-year-old who was not named but was reportedly a cousin of the groom.

The police spokesman added: ‘Naturally any disturbance of public order like this crosses the red line with the police need to act, and people need to know that to create a safe community shooting is banned at weddings.

‘We will take tough action against anybody found to be breaking this rule.’

The victim’s family said her organs were donated and they have helped three people.

The custom of firing a gun at weddings is illegal but still common in the Middle East.

Mr and Mrs Ennison tied the knot in a kente-themed ceremony held in Kumasi in March, 2022.

On that fateful Saturday, some 18 years ago, Fiana was preparing to meet her friends and family gathered to witness her holy matrimony with her lover, when she suddenly felt dizzy and later ran mad.

Her family said the pain was so unbearable that she could hardly stand on her feet as she only screamed at top of her voice.

Moments before she was to walk down the aisle, Fiona was said to have run uncontrollably, stripped her clothes and began behaving inappropriately.

What was supposed to be a happy day for her became a topic of gossip, as she herself was confined to a psychomedical centre that same day.

Speaking to Afrimax English on her condition, Fiana said it was the scariest and unexplainable incident she has ever witnessed in her 38 years on earth.

She believes her situation is spiritual because her situation gets critical anytime she shows little improvement.

According to her family, whenever she relapses, she locks herself up in her room and fasts for days in a bid to break whatsoever supernatural force that may be wrestling with her.

To date, Fiana has lost her mobility and has since not regained her senses.

Her supposed groom has moved on with his life after three years and has left her to her fate.

He is currently a married man with three children and has since not checked up on her.

Bride Danya Shea Glenny Svoboda, 42, and wedding caterer Jocelyn Montrinice Bryant, 31, have now been charged with delivering marijuana, tampering with guests’ food and misdemeanor culpable negligence.

The wedding, which was held at The Springs Clubhouse in Longwood, Florida, on February 19, had 50 guests in attendance.

However, guests went “crazy” when they unknowingly ate marijuana-infused chocolate-covered strawberries, pudding “shot” desserts and lasagne.

When the groom, Andrew Svoboda, was asked whether his wedding guests had known what was in their food, he replied “no”.

Tests were carried out on silverware, bowls, several glasses, a plate and even some of the lasagne.

One woman told police: “I felt numb, helpless and my mind was playing strange things in her head.

“I believed that my son-in-law had died and my family hadn’t told me.”

Police reported that this guest was loud and had to be given something to calm down at the hospital.

A different wedding guest claimed: “I felt tingly, my heart started to race and I was having crazy thoughts.”

Other guests had side-effects of vomiting while some were so drugged that they were having difficulty doing anything like operating a phone to get Ubers home.

When tests came back all guests who had tested showed signs of cannabis and none had any idea that their food had been laced.

Many of the guests claimed they would be pressing charges against those who tampered with their food.

The bride and the caterer turned themselves into the Seminole County Sheriff’s Department in Florida and were released, with an arraignment due on June 7.

Uburu had called off her wedding, scheduled to take place on Saturday, over alleged domestic abuse.

However, Okike has debunked her claims, saying he had never raised his hands on her before.

He claimed Uburu had terminated three pregnancies because, according to her, she did not want to have a child outside wedlock.

Okike on Facebook also revealed that Uburu is currently pregnant for him and he won’t collect the bride price he paid for her until she delivers the baby.

“Even after terminating three of my pregnancies without my consent. Why would a rational thinking woman keep quiet while I spend heavily on wedding arrangements when she was convinced she didn’t want the marriage to hold?

“She had always maintained that she never wanted a child before wedlock, which I accepted and respected her decision because of the love I have for her. After paying her bride price in 2020, she took in and terminated the pregnancy… That was the third pregnancy she terminated.

“I thank God that she is taking this direction and I accept and respect her decision. But telling lies to play a victim is way beyond normal and unacceptable.

“Regardless of what happened, she is having my child, and the Uburu tradition and culture don’t allow that I receive the dowry I paid as she is pregnant for me at present, when she delivers my child, I will surely receive my dowry.”

The decomposing body of Elizabeth Nalem was found in the forest on Saturday.

Police reports indicate that Nalem had left her home a week earlier with a panga and a walking stick headed to the forest.

Police are investigating whether the woman was attacked by the animals in the forest. They suspect the body of Elizabeth has been in the forest for over a week.

Last year, the mother of six hit headlines when she announced that she was getting married to the ‘Holy Spirit’.

Nalem went ahead to wed her new love of her life in a strange church ceremony in West Pokot county.

Before announcing the news Nalema, 41, had vanished from her matrimonial home for one week and when she returned, accompanied by her bridesmaid, she refused to sleep at home after the husband asked her bridesmaid to leave.

“My wife was upset since I did not allow her best maid to spend the night at our place. She left and went to look for her,” Joshua Nalem, her husband, said, adding that he was puzzled by his wife’s behaviour.

Nalem said they have been living happily and had not engaged in any quarrel that could have forced her to change her mind about their marriage.

“I don’t know what is disturbing my wife. We are married and blessed with six children. I have fully paid her bride price. I paid 22 cows,” he said.

He said Elizabeth’s decision to marry the “Holy Spirit” has deeply affected him since he has been left to take care of their children alone.

“I allowed her to go to church since I don’t go. But when I noticed weird  characters in her prayer pattern, I questioned her and she was upset and left our home. She stayed away for five days,” he said.

Nalem said his wife used to wake up at 3am for prayer.

He was left speechless when he saw her dressed in a white gown at Makutano town ready to get married for a second time.

But Elizabeth said that God had sent her to preach the gospel. That’s why she closed her hotel business since it could interfere with her new assignment.

She claimed that the Holy Spirit had promised her a chopper to aid her in spreading the word of God throughout the world.

Director-General of the Ghana Education Service (GES), Prof. Kwasi Opoku Amankwa, has addressed issues of bribery allegations that have characterised the Computer School Selection Placement Exercise (CSSPS).

He said his outfit always hears of such allegations and people involved in such acts even at GES and has over time confronted such persons and investigations conducted.

“We hear of such cases and some are even direct. Some of the things we are doing to discover such people, we cannot say them. I remember somewhere last year, we had an NSS person who was with us, all of a sudden he started buying lunch for the staff and we later realized that he was even one of those persons.

According to a police report, the lady, identified as Joana Namutebi, attended her wedding reception at Sheraton Hotel on Friday, before retiring to her room in the same hotel to kickstart her honeymoon with her husband.

The happy couple passed the night but woke up early morning to visit Women’s International Fertility Hospital in Bukoto to attend to a medical situation that required contraception.

Upon reaching the hospital, the couple was reportedly advised against the Intra Urine Device (IUD) citing problems with the uterus alignment as per the scans performed on Namutebi.

She was, however, guided medically and given some medical liquid to enable her uterus to re-align.

According to a press briefing by the Uganda Police Criminal Investigations Department on Monday, Namutebi’s other condition was that she had been fasting and on period.

“The doctors advised the couple that a woman who was coursing should not be allowed to take on the IUD method, but there was no heed,” the CID spokesperson, Charles Twiine said.

Following the process of inserting an IUD in Namutebi’s body, she developed severe effects which included a pounding headache and uncontrolled throwing up.

Efforts to stabilise her condition were unsuccessful as Namutebi’s health started to deteriorate quickly. To the shock of the newlywed bridegroom, Namutebi was pronounced dead shortly.

The police confirmed that Namutebi’s family is aware of the situation but they will continue to probe the circumstances surrounding the bride’s death.

“We want to be sure she died of natural causes,” Twiine said.

According to reports, she went berserk, just as she was about to be taken to her husband’s house, and started destroying property.

It was gathered that she was rushed to the hospital where she was confirmed dead upon arrival.

A family member, who spoke to journalists, disclosed that two weeks ago, Hannatu, who had been battling ulcer, fell ill and was taken to the hospital.

There, she was placed on admission for a week and then discharged.

On Thursday, November 25, she fell ill again and was treated. However, things took a drastic turn on Saturday while she was about to be taken to her husband’s house.

The cause of death is yet to be established.

Much to the shock of her guests, the bride in question took to the floor to display wild moves during a routine dance with her bridal train.

Wearing a silver glittering jumpsuit, with sneakers to match, the lady jammed effortlessly to Nigerian artiste, Bella Shmurda’s Cash App song which features Zlatan and Lincoln.

Amid loud cheers from the crowd who were obviously delighted with her display, the bride also twerked alongside a split dance.

Her bridesmaids, clad in white gowns and sneakers got carried away and cheered her on.

The drama caused traffic as cars slowed down to catch a glimpse of the crying bride while commuters gather around.

Cara Donovan, 35, claims Leez Priory staff failed to stop people taking drinks on to the LED-lit laminated plastic floor, as its maker recommended.

She says tables were placed by the edge of the floor encouraging people to dance and drink after she wed Lee Pierson, and when people spilled booze on the ‘highly slippery’ surface, staff failed to mop it up.

Despite three operations since her fall in September 2018, mum-of-two Mrs Donovan is in permanent pain and unable to go back to work as a special needs teacher.

She is suing Country House Weddings Ltd, which runs the 16th century Tudor manor house, once voted Best UK Wedding Venue by magazine readers.

The dance floor was built in the cellar of the mansion, amid 40 acres of parkland at Great Leighs, near Chelmsford, Essex.

Her barrister Philip Goddard said: ‘During the evening, guests would go on to the dance floor — either to cross it or to dance — holding glasses of drink and occasionally spilling drink.

“The dance floor became wet with patches of spilt drink. Its underfloor lights made it difficult for those on the dance floor to see spilt liquid on the surface.

“At about 10:00 pm, the claimant went to dance. She slipped in the spilt drink, fell and fractured her right, dominant, arm.”

He said the injury hampered her ability to write, drive, use a keyboard or use any two-handed machinery.’

The firm’s defence to the action was not available in court papers, and Mrs Donovan’s claims have not yet been tested in evidence by a judge.

This is because the Nigerian church she attends, Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries, does not permit women to wear make-up.

The make-up artist, who glammed her up for the occasion, took to her Instagram page to recount the incident.

On her Instagram handle Peenfaces, she revealed the bride wore the make-up for her engagement ceremony but had to immediately take it off for the white weeding.

To deepen her woes and frustration, she had to make the bride up again within less than 10 minutes for her reception but it came out perfectly well than expected.

She narrated the incident as shared in a video for fans and followers to catch a glimpse of the amazing work she managed to do within the shortest possible time.

The female student of the University of Abuja caused a massive spectacle on campus after arriving in her white ball gown, in the company of her husband.

A video, shared online, captures the moment the student took her seat while her colleagues simply stared in dismay.

In another video, the lady and her groom were seen walking out of the examination hall, which attracted lots of students acting as paparazzi.

The incident took place two days ago in Maharajpur area in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

According to reports, the ‘jaimala’ (exchange of garlands) ceremony had taken place and the families were preparing for the main wedding ceremony when the groom suddenly disappeared.

Both the families began frantically searching for the groom and the bride was distraught at the turn of events.

After searching for a while, the bride’s family members came to know that the groom was not missing, but had deliberately fled from the spot for reasons best-known to him.

Seeing the bride’s family upset, one of the guests from the groom’s side suggested that the marriage should be solemnised with another suitable boy from the baraat.

The bride’s family zeroed in on one of the boys and their respective families, after consultations, agreed on the alliance.

The marriage was solemnised at the venue.

Later, the bride’s family lodged a complaint against the groom and his family members.

Inspector Narwal, Shesh Narain Pandey, said: “We have received a complaint in this regard from both the bride and groom sides. While the bride’s side has sought suitable action against the groom and his family members, the groom’s father, Dharampal, in his complaint, has sought police help to trace his missing son. Investigations are continuing in this regard.”

In a video shared online, the bride and her bridesmaids are seen dancing to the venue of the ceremony.

She wore a red spaghetti gown adorned with beads on the head and around the neck with her feather fan to match.

Her dress had a low cut neckline that exposes ample cleavage.

The deceased, Kamuya Nabirye, died on the spot after being hit by lightning as she sat on a bench inside her house, while carrying her three-month-old daughter during a heavy downpour on Monday, October 5.

This incident happened in Namukanaga village, Namungalwe sub-county Iganga district, Uganda.

Speaking to New Vision Uganda on Tuesday October 6, the deceased’s husband, Awali Nabatya, who was sharing a bench with his wife at the time, said all he saw was a bright light strike through the window in the sitting room, followed by a loud bang.

Nabatya said he later saw his wife drop their three months old daughter before falling down on the floor.

“I realised that there could be trouble and I ran to my neighbors alerting them about what had happened,” he narrated.

The Local Council 1 secretary for defense, Muzamiru Mudoola, said residents rushed to the scene only to find that Nabirye had already passed on.

Mudoola urged the government to provide residents with lightning arresters at a cheap rate, to avoid similar incidents.

He said four people have died in the same village after being hit by lightning since the start of the year.

The deceased had been officially married to her husband two weeks back, and they returned from their honeymoon two days before the unfortunate incident.

Hassan said she stabbed her husband on the chest because he insisted on sleeping with her on the fateful night.

In her confessional statement at the Police Headquarters, she said “I did not really mean to kill my husband, it was an accident. I stabbed him on the chest because he wanted to have carnal knowledge of me.

Hassan, who said she really love her husband, said she got angry and stabbed Mustapha with a knife when he refused to stop.

The angry lady, who learnt of the wedding ceremony of the groom identified as Dele and his bride Blessing via Facebook, demanded that the wedding be called off after turning up at event.

Witnesses claimed she arrived in the church with some hefty-looking men in an Audi car at about 6:30am, waited patiently till the wedding ceremony began by 12: pm, before disrupting the event after the Pastor asked if anyone is against ‘the joining of the couple as husband and wife’.

The light-skinned lady allegedly shocked everyone with her tumultuous ‘No’. She went on to narrate how Dele proposed to her in their seven years of courtship in which no child was born and subsequently dumped her.

“He (Dele) no longer picked my calls. He abandoned me. Why? What did I do to you?” she said. 

The bride, who couldn’t take the sad twist of event at her wedding, reportedly collapsed on her seat.

Dele on the other hand broke down in tears while his best man wiped his tears with a handkerchief.

The best man was also heard saying;

 “Dele attended the enraged woman’s birthday party just a few weeks ago. It will surprise you to know that Dele was still going to see that girl at home. Why will you do such such thing when your wedding is around the corner?” 

It was further learnt that the wedding ceremony went on two hours later after the officiating minister got a nod from the church authorities .

Over the weekend, the story of the newly-wedded couple went viral after the groom and his bride encountered a fatal accident right after their marriage ceremony.

The man was reportedly crushed to death on the spot, while the woman was left in critical condition.

The sad incident is reported to have happened on Sunday at Madina in Accra. The couple, identified as Disu Kamaru and Janatil Firdaws Yakubu, had held their Islamic wedding in the morning before the accident happened.

Reports suggest that the accident occurred whiles they were on their way to the after-party reception at the Africana Guest House opposite TF Hostel at Atomic Junction.

The widow has since been discharged from the hospital and she took to Facebook to speak out for the first time since the incident.

In the post, she eulogised her late husband, whiles insisting she has put all her hope in Allah in these trying times.

She compared her husband’s death to that of Prophet Mohammed, saying so far as Allah lives, she has hope.

This is the hilarious moment a man does a runner after seeing his girlfriend catch a bride’s wedding bouquet.

The male guest was caught on camera running for his life after realising he might be next to get hitched.

Daniel Gilbert runs for the hills with a bottle in his hands as his girlfriend, Rachel Besley, rejoices with the bouquet.

They can be seen barging each other out of the way to try and get hold of the bouquet before it’s caught by Rachel, who is wearing an orange gown.

Clearly overjoyed, Rachel jumps for joy holding the yellow flowers in the air until Daniel runs away.

Social media users commented on the now viral video saying their partners would react much the same.

The bizarre story has received a massive response after being shared on Facebook and Reddit by a woman identified as the bride’s cousin.

The Facebook post starts with, “It comes with great sadness that I am announcing the cancellation of the [censored] Wedding. I apologize for cancelling only 4 days beforehand.”

The bride, identified as Susan, then reveals that she and her fiancé have broken up “due to some recent and irreparable problems” before going on to blame her friends and family for “ruin[ing] my marriage and life.”

The woman explained the couple met at 14 and worked together on her family’s farm. They then went to community college and worked and saved to “become financially stable.”

“We managed to save up nearly $15K for a wedding. Since our love was like a fairy tale, we wanted an extravagant blow out wedding, one where our son could be included,” the woman wrote. “We started touring venues and were torn between two. A local psychic told us to go with the more expensive option, and we thought why the hell not?”

The bride went on to say during her foul-mouthed rant that all the couple needed for their grand $60K wedding was “a little push.”

“Our dream wedding amounts to 60K – all included with flights to Aruba. All we asked was for a little help from our friends and family to make it happen.”

The 17-paragraph outburst said the pair “specifically asked for cash gifts” from the guests.

“How could we have OUR wedding that WE dreamed of without proper funding? We’d sacrificed so much and only asked each guest for around $1,500.”

The bride also explained she “made it CLEAR. If you couldn’t contribute, you weren’t invited to our exclusive wedding. It’s a once and a lifetime [sic] party.”

Much to the bride’s dismay, she and her fiancé quickly discovered that people were not willing to pay $1,500 to attend their special day.

“So we sent out RSVP’s and only 8 people replied and sent us the check. We were f—ing livid. How was this supposed to happen without a little help from our friends,” she wrote.

“Desperately, we resent our invites and asked people to donate what they could. I mean seriously people, what is $1,000? What is $1500? Clearly, not a lot,” she continued. “We also set up a go fund me. That only got us $250. At this point we were exhausted, tired.”

The bride said her now-ex suggested they get married in Vegas to save on costs, but she “laughed in his face.”

“He wanted those cheap, raggedy, filthy, whore like Vegas weddings,” she wrote. “Am I some Hooch piece of f—ing trash, a hooker?”

“My ex left the room and didn’t apologize for his horrid suggestion,” she wrote.

The enraged woman then wrote that she took out her frustrations on her Maid of Honor who had promised her $5,000 before backing out.

The bride ended her rage by restating that she wanted her friends to pay for her “dream” wedding.

“How hard would it to [sic] have been to f—ing donate friends? Do I matter to you? Just f—ing give me money for my wedding. I won’t even sugarcoat. I won’t even pretend that’s not what I wanted. It was for a dream.”

Many on Reddit and Facebook asked if the post was real, commenting that it was too strange to be true.

“Is this real?!” one wrote.

“It’s too much! It can’t be real, can it?” another wrote on Reddit.

However, the bride’s cousin posted an update ensuring it was real on the Wedding Shaming forum on Facebook where she posted the original screenshots.

“Yes, this is a living breathing human being,” she wrote. “Clearly she has entitlement issues, but I have never known her to be this obnoxious.”

“Honestly, over the years she’s been nice & overall sweet. No red flags come to mind. She has humble beginnings and has been working on her parents farm since she was young,” the cousin wrote.

The bride’s cousin called out social media and her family members’ obsession with “Kardashian stuff” over the past few years as the cause for the meltdown. The cousin also felt the post may have been written while the bride-to-be was drinking.

“It’s especially vulgar and incredibly embarrassing. It was only up for maybe 15 minutes before she took it down,” the cousin wrote in the follow-up.

Several have commented on the ridiculous request from the betrothed couple. Some on Reddit even called the woman “delusional.”

“Demanding $1500 is insane,” one wrote on Reddit.

“What an entitled delusional individual. Pay for your own damn wedding. So glad he walked,” another wrote, referring to the groom.

She had Apparently fixed her wedding date and probably, unfortunately the date for the examination of one of her courses coincided with the wedding date.

Being smart made her swift to action in order not to fail the course and carry it over.

Dooshima stormed her examination hall all dressed up in her wedding dress on Saturday, October 7th.

And after her examination, the wedding ceremony continued.

Paige Kirk, 23, from Sydney, surprised her bridesmaids with a set of bouquets filled with decorated pastries.

“Me and my husband Steven thought it would be different, fun and light hearted,” she told the BBC.

Despite their tempting appearance, she said her bridal party had resisted eating their doughnuts on the day.

“We had plenty of goodies beforehand so we were too full too eat them,” she said.

“Brides should be a bit more relaxed and have fun!”

Steven and Paige have known each other for five years, and been together for three.

“We wanted the wedding to be a bit different and really reflect who we are as a couple,” she explained.

But she admitted she was shocked by the reaction, after thousands of people commented on the pictures of her and her bridesmaids with their unusual bouquets since Saturday.
