Is this how they are wasting our money? In any case, was this project put on tender? Was an IT expert on the tender board? Who were members of the tender board? Can SSNIT boldly publish the various items and their cost resulting in US$ 66m? As an IT expert myself, I would like to know the requirements specs that resulted in this huge and certainly unnecessary cost. Thanks
