For several years his administration could not pay contractors for work done and he is calling on a government who is just one year in office to do so. His mismanagement of the country’s economy plunged it into severe difficulties. The present gov’t is fiixing them and would clear all the mess he left behind. He is not the appropriate person to call on the the current govt to pay contractors. He should remain in his hole and watch the new govt pull the country from the deep hole he led us into.
