I have severally opined that people are not learning from history. If he wants to maintain his respect and to protect the respect of the party (NDC), Spio should learn to leave his comfort zone (uncalled for, undesirable, untenable comments). His derailed comment in 2000 on how the NPP government should it come to power was going to pay salaries fumed the spirits of many ghanaians. Did he forget that NDC members were salary earners? This same ethnocentric preaching didn’t help you in 2016. A pure indication that the NDC has no message to deliver. That does not permit the pollution of the political environment by people who believe should exact respect and following from the good people of Ghana. If the NDC’s postmortem didn’t cite these illiterate pronouncements from so called literates, then l give it to them on free consultation that Ghanaians this time around are not enthused about ethnic comments. My candid and timely advice.
