Mike has proven to be the most liberal of all the speakers Ghana has had in this fourth republic. Indeed where he ought to reject requests by the minority on defective presentations of issues, he has compromised for them to be rectified even on the floor of parliament for representation at a later date. This accomodative and behavoural attitude of the present speaker puts him miles above his immediate predecessor who did not entertain any of the then npp minority requests for investigations. It is true that a pig would never swim in a clean water and that’s the attitude ‘general mosquito’ is exhibiting.
