The Member of the Assin Central Constituency, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, has said Anas Aremeyaw Anas of the Tiger Eye PI fame was a prime suspect of the murder of Ahmed-Hussein-Suale, a member of the team.

Ahmed Hussein-Suale was shot and killed at close range in his car by some unidentified men Wednesday night at Madina.

Ahmed was one of Tiger Eye journalists whose photographs the Assign Central MP circulated in his ‘who watches the watchman’ anti-Anas video documentary and called on the public to deal with for a handsome reward.

Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen show, Mr Agyapong explained that Anas was the person the police should go after and not him.

“Anas’ reaction makes him the first suspect in this case and not me. How was he able to bring out a video just a few hours after his death? I will only be allowed to be interrogated after Anas is arrested by the police,” he said.

Mr Agyapong maintained his innocence, saying he had nothing to do with the death of Ahmed and urged the public to stop pointing fingers at him.
