In an interview, Banku expressed condolence to the bereaved family and urged them to put their trust in God.

He called on men of God in the country to pray against all catastrophes deemed to hit the nation.

Bukom added that, ‘when pastors see prophecies, they shouldn’t declare it publicly but rather tell the people involved and give them directions to avert such premature deaths.’
Saying a prophecy in the open, according to Bukom is uncalled for and inappropriate.
