Former Aduana Stars coach, J.E Sarpong has charged Black Stars coach, Akwasi Appiah to stop pamering the players.
In his view, the players fell his is soft hence taking him for granted even on the field of play.
“Coach Akwasi Appiah is a good manager but he needs to stop pampering the players and be very firm. The players fell he is soft but he needs to be strong and ensure the right things are done” he stated on Asempa FM’s Ultimate sport show programme.
Coach Sarpong also indicated that, it is time for coach Appiah to get the core of his team and stop experimenting.
He also is of the view that, building a strong local league produce talents to play in the Black Stars.
“Akwasi Appiah must stick with the committed players and build a solid team. Enough of the experiments, he should be able to manage the ego of the players” he stated.
