Hiplife artiste, Kwaw Kesse has urged music lovers to consider self-acclaimed Dancehall King, Shatta Wale as a ‘sub-chief of the streets’ and not a King.
Kwaw Kesse speaking on TV3’s Music Music programme said he is and would remain the only king of the streets, hence there’s no way Shatta Wale can beat him to it.
Likening himself to Asantehene, Kwaw Kesse said he is the only ‘King of the Streets’ and all others who may claim this title are only ‘sub-chiefs’ and that includes Shatta Wale.
“You know, there’s only one King in the Ashanti and the rest are all sub-chiefs, likewise in the music industry too, there’s only one King of the Streets, his name is Kwaw Kesse…I may consider Shatta Wale for a sub-chief maybe mmrante3 hene’,” he said.
