Six herdsmen engaged a farmer in a gun battle at Agogo
Astrawaso in the Asante Agogo district in the Ashanti region after a failed
attempt to burn down the farmer’s cottage.

Checks by Adom News revealed the six herdsmen were about setting the framer identified as Jacob’s cottage ablaze when he went to the farm but arrived just on time before the mission could be executed.

In an interview with Adom News, Mr Jacob stated the herdsmen upon sighting him begun firing shots at him.

when he heard it through a phone call.
