Ghana Premier League side,
Dreams FC launched their 10th anniversary yesterday in Accra.

As part of the activities to mark the anniversary, the Club will commission a new Club House at Dawu, Akuapem later this month.

A testimonial match will also
be held in honour of their striker, Eric Gawu in August.

Executive Director of the Club,
Kurt E.S. Okraku, who launched the activities of the programme, said the
journey so far had been a challenging one, but how far they have come is as a
result of teamwork and passion.

“We all believed that when
we stick together and believe in our way, we can achieve what people think was
not achievable,” he told Asempa Sports.

“Our secret is teamwork,
being honest to each other and staying with each other,” he revealed.

The club
was formed in 2009 with three shareholders: Kurt E.S. Okraku (Executive
Chairman), Mohammed Jiji Alifoe (President) and Prince Abdul Hamid (Vice
President).

Dreams FC secured promotion
to the second-tier league during the 2013/2014 season and got promoted to the
Ghana Premier League for the 2015/2016 season.
