Where honorary degrees are awarded the title “Dr.” cannot be used. It’s only in Ghana that some people put it against their names.

Honoris Causa Doctorates cannot be used as titles generally the world over.
It is only in Ghana and Africa that we are fixated with titles.
Ex prez Obama and wife are both Professors of Law but never use the title professor.
