However, Children’s education needs a well planned and very strong policy backing. Charity begins at home. Considering the current social environment, it is my opinion that children live with parents during entire primary and secondary education. All over the UK, children enjoy QUALITY free primary and secondary education BUT only from home as DAY STUDENTS.
