Govt shd resource BOST bcos they have their own STORAGE facilities , that they can bring larger volume of products and sell cheaper.This will position BOST to offer stronger position to compete the BDCs together.This will force the BDCs to build their own storage facilities if they can afford.BDcs shd be made to PUBLISH their PROFIT margins, to see if they are not overpriced.Govt intervention is need here bcos PETROLEUM products are very strategic.This is short and medium term measure.The long term is the developement large scale refinery to totally block importation of oil products or to reduce importation very considerably. The BDCs will oneday take the country to ransom will their oil.
