Is it the more things are becoming expensive and too hard for the GHANAIAN people to bear that is worth rewarding? I think the organisers of this award didn’t do their quantitative and qualitative survey very well and that ended up in this wrong choice they made in rewarding the wrong person! I am sure they wanted to reward the Rwandan president and not the GHANAIAN president!.
