Former Hearts of Oak captain, Thomas Abbey, has beaten competition from midfield sensation Winful Cobbinah, winger Patrick Razak, and defender Vincent Atingah to be named the club’s Player of the Year 2017.
The newly-signed Isamily player won the award after a poll on the club’s social media handles.
The former Winneba Sports College product produced his best performance for the Phobians last season after scoring 15 goals in all competitions.
He finished the third top-scorer in the 2016/17 Ghana Premier League with 13 goals.
