Presenting the items, one of the directors of Suzy Herbal, Evans Ashalley, said the donation was aimed at giving back to the society, particularly the Muslim community to support them in the celebration of the Eid Ul Fitr.

He said Muslims use the month of Ramadan to ask for God’s intervention as well as peace and tranquillity for the people of Ghana hence the need for such support to enable them to regain whatever energy they have lost doing so.

“Fasting for this number of days is not easy, they pray for us and Ghana as a whole asking for peace-and if there is peace everything goes on well including businesses. So after the fasting, we have to support with items like this to consume to regain whatever energy lost”, he said.

Suzy Herbal was recently given the “Heroes Distinction Awards, 2018” by the West African Press Magazine for showing excellence as an “indigenous Ghanaian Herbal Medicine”.

Receiving the items on behalf of the Chief Imam, the Deputy Chief Imam of Suhum, Mallam Mohammed Is-hakka Alanja, expressed his utmost gratitude to the company for their support and asked for God’s blessing on the company to see it grow in the near future.
