Ghanaian musician, Kuami Eugene has been slammed by Ghanaians for saying Patapaa’s music is full of noise hence he would never collaborate with him.

According to Kuami, Patapaa reached out to him for collaboration but turned him down because he is unprofessional.

Speaking on GhOne TV, Kuami Eugene said “Patapaa said he has something for me… he’s calling me for a feature but I said no I am not ready”.

Asked by the show host if he would one day consider featuring on Patapaa’s song, Kuami said “No. Don’t wait [for the collaboration]. Patapaa’s song is not good. He is making too much noise…” he said.

Meanwhile in an interview with Patapaa’s manager, Gershon Mortey, he disclosed that Patapaa has never contacted Kuami Eugene for a collaboration.

Rather, he noted that, it was one engineer, Rhythm Boss who wanted to feature Kuami Eugene and Patapaa on his song.

But some fans of the ‘One Corner’ hitmaker think Kuami Eugene has goofed big time.

A Facebook user, Kojo Ephraim said “When we have people like these in the music industry how can we move forward. High flying leads to crash landing. You think you have made it so you can disrespect others right. Most of Olamide’s songs don’t make sense and yet his fellow Nigerians support him. Keep doing this and you will never become the superstar you are destined to become…”

Cole Olawale Lukman Jimoh, who claims to be a Nigerian said: “If you talk now some people will say you don’t like the boy or you dey envy am. First I am Nigerian because I know some might want to bring that in so I better state it clear. Secondly I have lived in Fadama for close to ten years so I know this boy well enough and personally too. You don’t come on air to say things like this about a fellow artist, and it is this sort of arrogance and disrespect that keeps putting Ghana music industry behind. I have been in Nigeria for the past three months to spend time with my family and I have heard that so called one corner songs a couple of times here and yet to hear kuami’s song for once. My point is, no matter how “noisy”. It is only a foolish person who talks negatively about the other just to feel fly. If you fly you fly, simple as that…”
