Board member of the relegation threatened Accra Great Olympics is optimistic the team will stay in the premier league in spite of its managerial challenges.

According to Fred Pappoe, internal wranglings between management members affected the output of players.

“Great Olympics has very good players but our problems in the league this season has been internal and with management. Our leadership has caused us but even with one game to end the season I am sure the club will survive relegation”, he stated in an interview on Asempa F’s Ultimate Sport show Friday.

Great Olympics gained promotion back to top flight this season after a year in the lower division.

But has performed poorly in the 2016/2017 Premier league season. Great Olympics is15th on the league log and a win against Bechem United on Sunday October 22, 2017 in Bechem seeking to avoid relegation.

Mr. Pappoe who is  former Black Stars Management Committee  member is confident his team will survive.
