Black Maidens coach, Augustine Evans Adotey, has disclosed that  his side will embark on vigorous preparations ahead of their final  FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup qualifier.
Ghana is scheduled to play Djibouti after beating the Gambia 2-0, at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium last Saturday.
Suzzy Dede Teye and Mukarama Abdulai  scored for Ghana to see the Maidens complete a 7-1 aggregate win over the Gambians.
Speaking to the press after the game,the former Medeama SC trainer said, “We will give the girls Christmas  break and reassemble them early January to start vigorous preparation ahead of the upcoming qualifier”.
Coach Adotey who hailed his charges also  stated that they will regroup and map out a winning strategy against Djibouti.
“The girls played well,with Gambia we took our chances but one thing that affected us was desperate actions infront of goal ,so we will work on that and strategize very well against Djibouti”.
The Black Maidens are set to travel for the first leg between February 2-4 and the return encounter from 16-18.
