Immediate past Chief Executive Officer of Korle Bu Teaching hospital has dispelled rumours that he ransacked his office after his contract was terminated by the President.

Dr Felix Kwaku Anyah has explained that the items taken out of the office were his personal belongings.

His reaction comes after a staff of the hospital claimed the former CEO had ransacked his office by taking away office furniture, fridge, TV, Flowers meant for the CEO’s conference room.

But in a rebuttal to adomonline.com, Dr Anyah explained that he will not donate items to the hospital and take them back because his contract had been terminated.

He noted that items he personally donated to the hospital like the Food Van, Motorbikes, Air Conditioners, Flat Screen Television sets, 7.5 HP Water Pumps, Mattresses and Stocks of Anaesthetic drugs, among others, still remain the property of the premier hospital.

Dr Anyah, who is the owner of Holy Trinity Medical Centre/Holy Trinity Spa & Health Farm was appointed on June 1, 2017, to June 10, 2018.

As the CEO of Korle Bu, he never took any salary, allowances, lived in his personal accommodation, used his own vehicles, and paid his driver.

His donations to the hospital rather continue to enhance service delivery.
