The U17 female national team, Black Maidens on Sunday beat Djibouti 10-0 in the second leg of their final world cup qualification match to book a place in the 2018 FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup.
The Black Maidens who won the first leg tie by 9-0 also dominated the second to secure a 19-0 aggregate win.
Mukarrama Abdulai scored four of the goals to finish the qualifiers with a total of 12 goals while Nina Norshie bagged a double.
A goal each from Fuseina Mumuni, Victoria Teye, Barikisu Rahman and Azumah Bugre completed the demolition exercise.
The Black Maidens will join South Africa and Cameroon to represent Africa in Uruguay for the tournament which will be played on the weekend of November 13 – December 1.
