National Democratic Congress (NDC) Communication Officer, Chief Biney, has described the Akufo-Addo administration as incompetent.
According to him, Ex-President John Dramani Mahama’s comment describing President Nana Akufo-Addo as “super incompetence” was in a right direction.
“Seriously, I don’t see anything wrong with Mahama’s [super] incompetence tag on Nana Addo. Nana Addo is indeed incompetent in so many ways and therefore the only cure for him is the Obinim sticker. Mahama said nothing wrong”, Chief Biney said on Accra-based radio station, Okay FM, monitored by Adomonline.com.

Addressing a gathering of supporters during the NDC’s recent Unity Walk in the Upper West Regional capital, Wa, Mr. Mahama observed that his successor was under-performing as far as the governance of the country is concerned.
He, therefore, recommended the popular Obinim Sticker, which according to members of the controversial preacher, Bishop Daniel Obinim’s church was being used to perform miracles due to the inherent powers of the stickers.

He said, “I have been watching social media lately, and there’s something that has come and I think it cures everything. It’s the Obinim sticker, the President and his government need an Obinim sticker. If it really works, then I think they need the sticker. So I am saying that we cannot depend on their incompetence, we need to work hard to gain the support of the electorates.”

Though the ex-president’s comment has attracted counterattacks from political opponents, particularly members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Chief Biney believes Mr Mahama didn’t err in his statement.
He rather urged the President to take his predecessor’s advice in good faith in order to govern the country very well.
